Montrey Construction — Wilbur Pl. Twins
These twins share the same floor plan but wear different elevation designs. The developer split a large, challenging Nashville lot to build two very well-appointed beauties. With the lot sloping down from back to front, stairs take you up to a wide-open living space — 10′ ceilings and large windows light up the custom kitchen, with cabinets to the ceiling and a scullery completing the storage and function of the space. The primary suite completes the main floor, with a custom closet featuring built-in cabinetry and a luxurious bath where the freestanding tub becomes the focal point in front of an oversized tile shower.
The drawings for this home went through every phase of our process — from a Discover Meeting on the land to the final permit-ready set. Mechanical and structural systems were coordinated on paper before bid, so the contractor walked into the framing deck with a complete plan.
Every detail — eaves, trim profiles, stair sections, rough-ins — was drawn explicitly. Nothing was left to interpretation. The build came in close to estimate, on schedule, with no permit revisions required.
