Nolin Lake
A lake house retreat that hits on every feature and trend of living and entertaining on the water. From the western plains lodge feel of the exterior architecture, to the playful canoe hanging from the foyer ceiling, to the walk-up food service window on the back patio — this retreat was designed for everybody. Six bedrooms plus a bunk room mean everyone is welcome for the weekend.
The drawings for this home went through every phase of our process — from a Discover Meeting on the land to the final permit-ready set. Mechanical and structural systems were coordinated on paper before bid, so the contractor walked into the framing deck with a complete plan.
Every detail — eaves, trim profiles, stair sections, rough-ins — was drawn explicitly. Nothing was left to interpretation. The build came in close to estimate, on schedule, with no permit revisions required.
